Mark Crain with Worldview's Jerome McDonnell at WDET

Dear DREAM Supporter,

As salamu alaykum! Peace be upon you.

This week, we had a chance to join Jerome McDonnell from Chicago’s 91.5FM WBEZ for a live broadcast.

DREAM Project Director Mark Crain spoke to McDonnell on the really popular show Worldview about neighborhood development in Detroit, the city’s property tax foreclosure crisis, local Muslim community history and more.

Street Fair Vendor Registration is Live!

Last year, more than 50 vendors participated, selling everything from jewelry to clothes to food—you name it—and nearly 2,000 people came out throughout the day to shop, enjoy the games, performances, health screenings, children’s activities and more.

Will you consider joining us as a vendor at this year’s street fair or share this link with a friend?

The DREAM Street Fair began as a way to spotlight and bring business to graduates of our entrepreneurship training program and members of our local community. You can learn more about it here or watch last year’s promo video. We’re excited to keep growing the fair and hope you can join in this year.
