A Community Land Trust (CLT) is a housing model where the community owns the land, making it a great fit for our impact area in the Dexter Linwood neighborhood, where gentrification is a real threat.
We’ll be meeting at the Durfee Innovation Society to enjoy refreshments, meet our legal partners at the Detroit Justice Center, learn the basics of Community Land Trusts, and get answers to any questions you have.
