- $300,000 raised
- Received 1 very special award, honored as one of the “Impactful 40” by Enterprise Community Partners at their 40th anniversary
- Public launch of our oral history public archive, The Dream Storytelling Project, with 50 oral histories from community elders and more to come
- 1 home finished, allowing our first Project Homecoming House Manager to remain living in our neighborhood fully independently
- 3 new residents at Project Homecoming, our transitional home for formerly incarcerated men
- 3 Book Club meetings – exploring justice in the Quran, leadership development, and the history of Detroit
- 2 movie nights with more than 75 total attendees
- 4 new staff added to continue increasing our impact
- Collaborations with 5 critical community partners
- DREAM staff and volunteer leaders were invited to speak at 5 public events, on topics ranging from housing affordability to criminal justice reform to building and Islamic community
- DREAM Community Land Trust featured in 2 local news outlets – ABC7 News and Michigan Radio, an NPR affiliate
