Always feeling grateful for this community. We are incredibly excited to announce that we’re reading “Stamped: From the Beginning”! We will be gathering in a dedicated and intentional space for real conversation, genuine reflection, and authentic community building. Therefore, if you’ve been looking for a place to engage deeply with issues of race, history, and justice, this is exactly where it happens.

Why “Stamped” is the Perfect Choice

Why did we choose Stamped: From the Beginning by Ibram X. Kendi? First of all, this incredible book breaks down the complex history of racist ideas in America in a highly accessible way. Furthermore, it challenges us to recognize how these ideas still impact our daily lives. As a result, it provides a clear framework for actively working toward an antiracist future.

Obviously, this aligns perfectly with our shared mission to mobilize our local neighbors and do good work in our neighborhood. We want to understand our history so we can build a better future together.
