You may know that our neighborhood has faced a number of obstacles over the years. Now, as our rebound continues, we want to ensure that all types of businesses, including those with shared ownership models, b-corps, l3c’s, etc., as well as low-income residents, always have space in our neighborhood’s future. That’s why we’re in the early stages of forming a Community Land Trust (CLT), a tool used to lock permanent affordability into a neighborhood’s property stock.
