Over the years, many of you have joined us for one of our political education events, whether it was a movie night and discussion, or one of our online programs. Starting this month, we’re expanding our political education series, rotating each month between a book club, movie night, and panel discussion.

This month, we’ll be reading two articles from Yaqeen Institute:

• More Than Just Law: The Idea of Justice in the Quran
• Divine Duty: Islam and Social Justice

We also encourage attendees to watch this short video from Dr. Omar Suleiman titled, “Islam, a Coherent Social Justice Tradition.”
